I’m Colette, and I’m a National Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and a Midlife Mastery Coach who is obsessed with helping women over 40 get their energy back, feel good in their bodies again, and finally understand what their body actually needs.

But everything changed when I stopped chasing symptoms and actually started learning how to support my body in this chapter of my life. Once I understood what my body needed and started working with it instead of against it, my energy came back, my sleep improved, my body responded again, and I finally felt like myself.

Now, at 55, I feel better than I have in years.

You can choose to do all of the modules at once, over 8 weeks, or over months. This is your choice. You can go at your own pace and know you will be supported by me and a community of other liked-minded women going through the same thing. How will I keep track of everything as I am going through the program so I do not feel overwhelmed and get behind?

The way the Course is designed, you will have the opportunity to check off each video as you listen to it as well as each module. If I am not having any hormonal symptoms, why is it important to still balance/restore my hormones?

At the age of 40, we start experiencing bone loss every year. And, as we age, we also no longer have the protective estrogen in place to prevent future diseases. These are two of the many reasons. It is designed to help you feel better and sustain those improvements. You won't find strict meal plans. Instead, you'll find step-by-step guidance. You will find some recipes, functional nutrition eating plans, and you have the opportunity to receive additional resources at no charge, depending on your health situation and your needs.

I have a really hard time sticking to anything myself. Sometimes I sign up for things and I never finish them. Is this going to require a lot of my time?

The time you give this program depends on your needs and your health season. It depends on what health concerns and issues you have coming into the course and what you need the most support with.

You can sign up for one-on-one health coaching with this course to meet directly with me, and you can also sign up for group coaching as an adjunct to this course, where you'll have the opportunity to meet with me and a group of other women each month.

The course is designed in a way that allows you to jump around to different modules very quickly. So if you have 5 minutes, you can spend 5 minutes a day. If you have longer, you can spend longer. It all depends on your goals.

At the very beginning, there is an overview that will help direct you where to start, which modules to tackle first, and which ones to address next.

Many days, there may be just one or two videos you need. For example, the "I'm Not Sleeping" video might be a great one if you're struggling with sleep and wondering, "What do I do now?" There's also a video for when you're halfway through and feeling stuck, and another specifically for when you feel like giving up.

Each video encourages you to keep going and supports you along the way. There is also a section of videos that helps you build habits. Maybe one of those habits is putting something in place that automatically reminds you to stay on track.

Some women develop new strategies, such as scheduling time for this course once a week just like any other appointment. Maybe it's 15 minutes, and they find a 15-minute slot in their day that's just for them. If you treat this like any other appointment you book, you'll automatically make time for it.

Just know that there is always additional support if you need it along the way. I designed this course because I want you to be successful, and I included everything I felt would help you. Many of the videos are there because women like you asked for them, because they needed that additional support.
