As a Board-Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and Midlife Hormone Mastery Coach, I look at your health through a whole-person lens. I help you understand your symptoms, patterns, and root causes—then guide you in creating sustainable changes through nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and habit support. I don’t diagnose or prescribe, but I educate, support, and help you implement changes that stick. Many of my clients are also working with doctors, and I often serve as part of their broader care team.
This session is where everything begins. It’s not just an intake—it’s a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and what has (and hasn’t) worked for you in the past. I ask detailed questions to make sure no stone is left unturned. This is where we identify your goals and create a roadmap for our work together. It helps me understand you—so we can tailor your plan to your unique needs and get the most out of our time together.
This is a no-pressure, 20–30 minute conversation where I ask questions to understand your challenges, symptoms, and goals. You don’t need to prepare—just bring yourself (and anything you’d like to share, like lab results or your story). I’ll help you gain clarity and offer guidance on what your next steps could look like. I’ll also explain the ways we can work together, so you can decide what feels right for you.
I take a whole-person, relationship-based approach to coaching—so rather than one-off sessions, we work together over time. That’s where the real change happens.
We start with a Foundational Call, where I take time to truly understand your history, symptoms, and goals. I ask in-depth questions so no stone is left unturned. From there, each coaching session builds on the last—we work step-by-step through challenges, address roadblocks, and celebrate your wins using my 5-step LIGHT Method.
